Conditions
of Pressing Hot-fix Items
Material Type : Cotton, Denim materials and etc.
- Temperature : 160~170°C
- Pressure : Medium (3.5~4 Kg)
- Time : 18~20sec
Tape removal time from the fabric 30~40sec
Allow the transfer film to cool completely before peeling.
Hot peeling may cause stone lifting.
Conditions of Pressing Mixed Type of Hot Fix items
- Temperature : 170~180°C
- Pressure : Medium (4~4.5 Kg)
- Time : Pre-press 3~5sec + Main press 18~20sec
Tape removal time from the fabric 30~40sec
Allow the transfer film to cool completely before peeling.
Hot peeling may cause stone lifting.
Final process
To remove tape marks, an additional pressing process of approximately 3–5 seconds is required; however, this step may be skipped depending on the situation.
Pressing Method for High-Profile SS30–SS40 and 8mm+ Items
Instead of the standard pressing method, please turn the fabric over and apply heat directly to the fabric side to activate the hotfix adhesive.

- Temperature : 150~170°C (Do not exceed 175°C)
- Pressure : Medium (2.5~3 Kg)
- Time : 15~18sec
- Pad : Silicone pad required
